H&H volunteer page

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Heroes and Horses volunteer! Our volunteers are the backbone of this organization - without them, none of this would be possible. Because our volunteers play such a pivotal role in the success of our program, we take the application process very seriously, as we want to make sure that we attract individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get a little dirty (or, a lot dirty).

Remember, this is #NotAVacation.

WHAT TO EXPECT THIS YEAR:

We are thrilled to announce that this year (2019) the Heroes and Horses base camp will be located at Jumping Horse Ranch in Ennis, MT. In past years, our base camp set up has been quite “primitive”, with us having to build out the entire infrastructure, but this year this will be a bit different.

Volunteers this year can expect to have their own indoor living quarters, indoor restrooms/showers, as well as a full indoor dining room/kitchen set up.
